Scheduling Policy

Pre-appointment details

We will make sure to contact you in advance before the scheduled visit date to confirm all necessary details.

Cancellation policy

In order to cancel a scheduled visit, clients are required to provide a notice at least 3 business days prior to the arranged visit date. Failure to do so will result in the client being responsible for a payment totaling 50% of the agreed purchase amount. This amount will also compensate for any Travel Expenses that have been purchased by Childcare Essentials.

This policy helps us better manage our schedule and ensure that all clients receive adequate support and services.

Payment policy

Clients must be aware that in order to secure their booking successfully, full payment is required upfront.

It is important to note that once payment is made, there will be no provisions for refunds in the event of a no-show, late cancellations, or if the client arrives late to a meeting.

Re-scheduling Policy

To reschedule, please provide a notice period of at least 3 business days prior to the arranged visit date. The client will be liable for any reasonable costs incurred by Childcare Essentials that are directly attributed to the reschedule, such as change of flights costs and accommodation fees.
