With my tailored support visit, you will receive personalised recommendations and actionable insights to enhance your service's performance. I will assist you in identifying strengths and areas for improvement, ensuring that you are well-prepared for Assessment and Rating visits.
Mode of Delivery
A 1 Day ( 8 hour) visit will be conducted by me.
A 1 hour virtual or phone meeting before/after site visit.
A feedback report will be delivered to the Approved Provider and/or Nominated Supervisor on all 7 quality areas.
Feedback will be based on the following documents:
*Centre Vision Statement
*Centre Philosophy
*Centre Policies and Procedures
*Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010
*Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011
*Relevant Application Acts
*Approved Learning Frameworks
*National Quality Framework (NQF)

*Relevant Council Food Business requirements.
